Hong Kong Tigers - Ice Hockey Club in Hong Kong
| The Hong Kong Tigers ice hockey team was officially founded in 2006 by a group of expat hockey players in Hong Kong with the goal of creating more awareness in Hong Kong for the sport. The team was organized to compete in local Hong Kong and regional ice hockey tournaments in Asia. Prior to the official team inauguration, the players having been participating over several years in various tournaments in Bangkok, Dubai, Kula Lumpur, Singapore, and Mongolia.
The team draws players from various Mega Ice regular season teams in order to field a high quality, competitive and fun squad. Canada, Hong Kong, Switzerland and USA are a few of the places where the players are originally from.

The team trains at the Mega Ice facility in which is the only international sized rink in Hong Kong. Situated in the Beehive atrium of Mega Box next to a 30 meter glass window with full views of the harbor, the facility has further advanced Hong Kong’s position as the host of world tournaments in ice sports.
